Notification on the feedback of crew claims Information Notification about the complaints from the crew of “Ping Tai Rong 327”O(jiān)n 26th March 2024, the safety and information department received a ‘letter of suggestion’ from the crew of ‘Ping Tai Rong 327’ regarding their working and living styles on board. Our department immediately organized professional staff to conduct an in-depth investigation.      It was verified that there were indeed some problems on board. In response to this, our department and the Ocean-going Business Centre have strengthened the implementation of the ship's internal control and management regulations, adjusted and improved the crew’s living qualities through education and training.
